Payment for your session
When you book your session online, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be required to be paid before the start of your session.
Rescheduling or cancelling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment any time prior to 24 hours before your session. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or you don’t turn up to your booked session, you will be charged the full session fee.
A 3-session bulk purchase is non-refundable. You can schedule your sessions at any time and you can reschedule your appointments any time prior to 24 hours before your session. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or you don’t turn up to your booked session, you will be charged the full session fee for that session.
Rebates may apply
Medicare rebates can apply to some sessions. Medicare rebates and NDIS pricing are determined by government funding bodies and not by Take A Step Counselling & Coaching. Click here for more information or call us.
